missed were a teapot and a corkscrew. The owners

Ciao Lucia, grazie ancora per la
tua disponibilità.Siamo rimasti molto contenti della casa che oltre ad essere
bella aveva tutte le comodità necessarie.
Dal climatizzatore (in realtà usato pochissimo dato che ad
Alghero si sta divinamente) alla lavatrice che ti permette
di non portarti miliardi di vestiti dato che hai la
possibilità di poterli lavare senza tralasciare naturalmente
la cucina ben attrezzata.La zona della casa è molto ben
fornita. Nelle immediate vicinanze (50 mt) infatti ci sono
diversi supermercati dove a ottimi prezzi è possibile
acquistare ciò che serve per la giornata, dal mangiare al
bere a tutto ciò che può essere necessario.Devo sottolineare
anche importanza di trovare sempre parcheggio all interno
della via dove si trova la casa. Non è poco dato che
soprattutto per chi viene da grandi città, il parcheggio è
sempre una fonte di stress.Le spiagge del Lido di Alghero (5
min a piedi) sono molto comode da raggiungere e ti fanno
subito apprezzare il mare cristallino della Sardegna.Le
altre spiagge (Bombarde, Lazzzaretto, Maria Pia) sono
raggiungibili facilmente (10 min di auto) e per non avendone
avuto bisogno ho visto il bus EasyAlghero che ti porta nei
luoghi più rinomati con un piccolo abbonamento.La posizione
è quindi davvero ottima e mi sento di poterla consigliare ai
miei amici o a chiunque visiterà il tuo sito in modo che
possa sentirsi più sicuro nel scegliervi come punto di
riferimento.Volevo infine ringraziarti per la tua cortesia,
per le tue indicazioni su come arrivare e sui consigli dei
posti da visitare.

If my friends are in need of time
out ,or if i hear that they want to go to Sardinia will most certainly recommend
Palmavera House and yes I can see us returning maybe next
year.As I never got to sample the wine or olive oil.About location? Loved it even in
the rain.Fantastic for a time out holiday. The Location is
beautiful. Cleanless? Excellent (and i am
fussy.)
Dear Lucia, We had a fantastic time
in Sardinia, Did not get to see much as my husband forgot to
pack his driving licence.But after Hiring 2 bikes we had a small taste of Sardinia and
loved what we saw. The family made us very welcome
from the moment we turned up in the taxi. Next time I come it
would be June/ September so i could visit the caves.Glad I found this Holiday home. A Location Unspoilt by Tourists.

Cara Lucia, abbiamo passato 4
giorni favolosi ad Alghero, grazie anche alla Vs.
ospitalità.
La sig.ra Maria è stata gentilissima e ci ha anche
consentito di utilizzare la stanza fino al tardo pomeriggio
del giorno della partenza. Questo ci ha permesso di
sfruttare l intera giornata al mare e di essere
"presentabili" per la serata in città e il ritorno con il
volo delle 22.20.
La sistemazione è comodissima per una famiglia come la ns. e
le mie bambine hanno gradito in particolare tutti i micini e
i cagnolini che hanno coccolato parecchio.
Vorrei aggiungere a quanto
sopra, che ho gradito anche la cura e la completezza
dell arredamento e della "dotazione" come ad esempio il
sapone, la carta, etc.
Noi siamo arrivati ad Alghero con un volo Ryan Air con solo
il bagaglio a mano, scelta sempre più frequente ed
economica, ma non abbiamo potuto portare liquidi al di sopra
dei 100 cc per le limitazioni di sicurezza: questo ci
impedisce di portarsi sapone/shampoo/creme da sole, etc.
così come l ombrellone da spiaggia. Abbiamo dovuto comprare
tutto al ns arrivo e nella ns sistemazione precedente non
c era quasi niente, nemmeno 1/3 di quello che poi abbiamo
trovato a Palmavera. Compreso anche l ombrellone da
spiaggia, che poi abbiamo lasciato lì nella casa non
potendo imbarcarlo in aereo.
Abbiamo veramente un buon ricordo del ns. soggiorno e sarò
lieta di consigliarlo a chiunque me ne chieda notizia.

I would recommend the house to friends and I would also
return.We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved to sit on
the veranda and have a look on the green garden. A lot
different beaches - all beautiful - are nearby and
Alghero is a city worth a visit.

Apartment Eleonora

It was a lovely apartment with an amazingly large garden at the back. We
spent every night eating al fresco and enjoying the open space. The
apartment was very clean and brand new. The kitchen was very well equipt
and the couch very comfortable. And it was surprisingly large for a 1
bedroom. I would certainly stay there again, and I would recommend it as
a great place to stay in Alghero.

The appartment was very clean,
comfortable and well located being in a quiet suburb of the new
town, yet only 15-20 minutes walk to both the Old Town and the
beach.A supermarket was only 2 mins walk, as well as several local
bars and cafes. Bicycle hire and scooter hire are also nearby. But
perhaps the best asset of this accomodation was the good sized
enclosed garden which provided excellent outdoor living space. It
was perfect for enjoying both breakfast and evening dinner -
although is such a sun trap throughout the day, we found it too hot
to stay at midday !! Luckily you can nip back inside frequently to
enjoy the air conditioning ?!! The bedroom was large with lots of
space for clothes etc. and as we were only two people staying we
found the appartment roomy and well equipped.We enjoyed Alghero and
its surrounding area, and Appartment Eleonora was an excellent
choice for our stay.

patio area to dine away in the evening. Very near to local
amenities, and a short distance away from the old town and the
beach. Welcoming owner, who was easily contactable in case of a

Fertilia House

Our holiday was very nice.
The appartment was very beatiful and the owner very nice. Fertilia is a
little town, but in the near is not a beatiful beach, one absolutely
needs to drive a car to the nice beaches, was annoyingle also the
airplane noise.
In the ristorante Paguro and Aquario in Fertilia we have eaten very
good.We can recommed this appartment and we would like to come back.

Sardinia was very nice,
nevertheless more expensive than I thougt...next time I will take a
car all the time because it is better not only for shopping ( the shop
in Fertilia is very expensive).And the bus which should come every hour
often did not come for over 2hours. was late...or too much people in it so we could not get on
it....so we waited every day for the bus around one to four hours...a
lot of people did not know that you had to buy these red bus
tickets in the bakery first... so the last days we rented a car :o)
-best thins to do this is before you arrive in Sardinia. It is much more
expensive there.
What do you think about the presentation of the accommodation offered?You mean presentation in the internet? Yes it is fine and looks like the
pictures in the internet. it is good, clean, friendly...to mention is
that there IS a hair dryer, toilet paper,kitchenpaper, pepper and salt, olive oil, kitchen towels,radio, a kind f italian koffee maker and everything you need.The house was expected
as in the internet, everything was VERY clean.
The lady could not understand german or english, so it was not clear
what she wanted to tell us. but she was very friendly, there is
nothing to complain.In the neighbours garden there are dogs ( one big
and some small??) - they love to bark very loud three or four times a
night, mostly around
4 a.m...but this has nothing to do with the apartment.On the roof next to the balcony there are a certain kind af bird every
day which is making hu hu hu hu hu hu hu without any break from early
morning until dawn. So night ends with sunrise ;o)The apartment itself
is fine,has lots of space, I just would not take
it again without a car, and next time I would take earplugs with me.
Fertilia is quite small and nothing to do at, but Alghero is very
nice. You cannot walk to Maria Pia oder alghero because there are
often no sidewalks.

very nice flat, however no
good for party people, as alghero - with all the pubs -
is 25 min by bike away. Fertilia is a very quiet town,
but planes go over sometimes as nearby airport.Marzia
the owner is very nice- but speaks no english or german
– only sardo/ italian nice terrace, very small kitchen,
toscana-like bathroom, (very small again) the stairs up
were no problem for us – might be for older people…
we liked it, however you
need a bike or car to reach better beaches or
restaurants or shops as there are only 2 places to eat
in fertilia. Thank you again, Marzia, and kisses to baby

bien en casa Gaudí, y el trato con la senyora Antonietta ha sido
