BY BUS - from Alghero airport

Bus stop located in the car park, about 100m away from the Terminal. The are two Bus lines: Blue bus (FDS) or the Orange bus (ARST) running to Alghero.

Depart every hour for a journey of 15/20 mins.Tickets for the Alghero buses can be bought at the souvenir shop in the terminal for €0.70.

Same bus get first to Fertilia and then to Alghero. First stop in Alghero is: Ospedale Civile (Civil Hospital).

Train station La Pietraia about fifteen minutes walking distance from Alghero town centre.

The station runs trains operated by Ferrovie della Sardegna, (http://www.ferroviedellasardegna.it ).

From Alghero to Sassari: jouney time 33 mins. Timetable: from 5.53 first train in the morning to 20,47 (last train).

Run every 40mins (aprox) Cost: 3.50Eur (one way)

For more destinations from Alghero you need to change at Sassari station. Get a connecting train operated by

from Alghero Airport to Alghero downtown (12Km Time: 15/20 mins)

At the roundabout take the exit on the right towards ALGHERO-FERTILIA. Road SP44. On this main road keep on for 2,5Km.You'll find a croosroads.

Take left to ALGHERO. Keep on this road for about 3Km. Second crossroads. Take right. Still road SP42. Keep on 2Km. You'll reach a traffic lights.

This is the enter of Alghero town. Take left toALGHERO. This main street is Via Don Minzoni. Continue to follow into downtown.
