Every guest is important and comes first for us. We do our best to meet everyone’s needs and to respect everyone we ask to follow a few simple rules 🙂

GENERAL RULES

• Smoking is permitted only outside
• No events or parties allowed
• No external guests are admitted

CHILDREN

• Please see children suitability and age restrictions.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Arrival time must be confirmed at leats 2 days prior your check-in day.

• Check-in: from 3 pm to 23.30
• Check-out: within 10.00 – 11.00 am

Arrival/departure times other than those indicated can be agreed based on availability.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out can be booked at a cost of 50% of the first night booked. This must be booked in advance.

ANIMALS

• Only small dogs are considered (subject to availability) max 10 Kg.
• Dog owners are charged 50€ as extra final cleaning fee.

PAYMENTS

Please find below the payment terms for your reservation:

• 50% of the total amount will be charged by bank transfer within 30 days prior to your arrival
• Deposit payment is also possible through PayPal (a 4 % handling fee is charged)

The remaining balance is required paid upon arrival day, including city tax.

Bookings with arrivals within 4 weeks of the check-in date will be settled directly on site.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to check in date are fully refundable
• Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to check-in are charged the full deposit
• There are no refunds for journey interruptions for whatsever reason or no show.

GUEST REGISTRATION & CITY TAX  

• On your arrival you’ll need to show your passport or a valid ID
• City tax to be paid on arrival: 1€ per person per night from April to September – 0,50 € per person per night the rest of the year. Children under 12 years old excluded. Max 7 nights.
